These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nexora.ai (the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing, buying, or selling on Nexora.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
By accessing or using Nexora.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
Nexora.ai is an online marketplace where independent sellers list and sell trading bots, expert advisors, indicators, strategies, AI trading systems, and related digital tools, and where buyers can purchase and download those products.
Nexora.ai acts solely as the marketplace operator and payment facilitator. We are not the creator, author, or owner of the products listed by sellers. Sellers remain fully responsible for the products they upload, including their performance, accuracy, legality, and support. Nexora.ai does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any product listed by a seller.
To buy or sell on Nexora.ai, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account security. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Nexora.ai is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another party. One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate the marketplace.
As a buyer, you are solely responsible for evaluating products before purchase and for your own trading decisions. You acknowledge that:
Digital downloads become available only after successful payment. You are responsible for ensuring your platform and environment are compatible with the product you purchase.
As a seller, you are responsible for the products you list and the accuracy of your descriptions, performance claims, and supporting materials. You agree that:
Seller verification. Nexora.ai may require identity verification, performance validation, and a security review before approving listings. Verification helps protect buyers and increases marketplace trust, but it does not transfer responsibility for the product from the seller to Nexora.ai.
All listings are subject to review and approval. Nexora.ai reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, is misleading, low-quality, or harmful, or otherwise undermines marketplace integrity.
Sellers may update their listings, including files, pricing, and descriptions, at any time. Significant changes may trigger an additional review before going live.
Payments are processed through our supported payment providers, which may include card processors, PayPal, and cryptocurrency gateways. By making a purchase, you authorize Nexora.ai and its providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
Platform commissions. Nexora.ai charges sellers a commission on each completed sale. The applicable commission rate is disclosed on the Seller Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Seller payouts are issued on a regular schedule, less applicable commissions, fees, and any amounts withheld for disputes or refunds.
Payment disputes and chargebacks. If a buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Nexora.ai may suspend the related download access and withhold associated seller earnings pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. We cooperate with payment providers to investigate disputes and may share relevant transaction information as required.
Because products on Nexora.ai are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be granted at Nexora.ai's discretion or in line with a seller's stated refund terms, typically where a product is materially defective, not as described, or fails to download.
Refund requests should be submitted through your order history within any stated refund window. Abuse of the refund system, including repeated refunds after downloading and using products, may result in account restrictions.
Sellers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the products they create and list. By listing a product, sellers grant Nexora.ai a limited license to host, display, market, and distribute the product to buyers through the Platform.
When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use it under the terms set by the seller and Nexora.ai. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, or share purchased products unless expressly permitted. The Nexora.ai name, logo, and platform design are the property of Nexora.ai and may not be used without permission.
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
Fraud prevention. Nexora.ai employs monitoring and verification measures to detect fraudulent activity. We may investigate suspicious behavior, request additional information, and take action including listing removal, withholding of funds, and account suspension.
The Platform and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nexora.ai does not warrant that any product will be profitable, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
Trading involves significant risk. Nothing on Nexora.ai constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora.ai and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Platform or any product purchased through it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Nexora.ai's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nexora.ai may suspend or restrict accounts that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, violation of these Terms, or activity that threatens the safety or integrity of the marketplace or its users. Where appropriate, we may suspend access while an investigation is ongoing.
You may close your account at any time. Nexora.ai may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, though certain provisions (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
