Purchased bots appear in your Downloads page once your payment is confirmed. If it's not there yet, your order may still be awaiting confirmation. Check your order status, and if it stays pending too long, open a ticket above with your order details.
After you send payment (crypto or bank transfer), our team manually confirms it. Your checkout screen updates automatically once approved. If it's taking too long, open a ticket with your transaction details and we'll review it quickly.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. If you've lost access to your email, open a security ticket and we'll verify your identity to restore access.
Verification can take time while we review your submission. Make sure all information is clear and accurate. If your verification is stuck or rejected, contact seller support for a manual review.
If a download won't start, try a different browser, disable download blockers, or check your connection. Your purchases never expire — you can re-download anytime from your Downloads page.
